Senior Downsizing
Senior Downsizing Help, Done at Your Family's Pace
Compassionate, donation first downsizing and cleanouts across Westchester County NY and Fairfield County CT, handled one room at a time.
Downsizing a parent's home is hard. There are decades of belongings, a lot of decisions, and often a deadline that arrived faster than anyone wanted. Alliance Curbside Junk Removal makes the physical part easier and kinder. We come in calm, patient, and respectful, and we work the way your family wants to work: one room at a time, no pressure, no rushing past the photos and the keepsakes. We lead with donations first. Usable furniture, housewares, and goods go to local charities so they get a second life instead of a landfill, and we provide a donation receipt where the charity allows it. We do all the lifting, whether items go to the curb or come from inside the house, attic, or basement. We coordinate directly with senior move managers and estate planners so the heavy work lines up with the plan you already have. We are not a biohazard remediation or cleaning company. We clear what stays behind, with care. Call (914) 800-7143.

How it works
Call and tell us the situation
Reach us at (914) 800-7143. Tell us whether you are a family member or a move manager, the town, the rooms involved, and the timeline. We listen first and never rush the conversation.
We plan around your pace and your team
We walk the home or review your move manager's plan, flag what looks donatable, and agree on the order of rooms. If you are mid decision on certain items, we leave them and come back.
We sort, lift, and donate
Our crew does the heavy work. Usable goods go to local charities first, with a donation receipt where possible, and the rest is hauled away responsibly. You keep what matters; we clear the rest.
We leave the space ready
Each cleared room is swept up and left tidy for the next step, whether that is a move, a sale, or an estate settlement. We coordinate the next visit if the home is being done in stages.
