Common questions

Can you really do a cleanout the same day I call?+
In most cases, yes. Same day and next day haul outs are the core of the account, because we know a vacant unit is lost rent. Send the address and we lock in the soonest available window across Westchester and Fairfield County.
What if the unit was left in bad shape after an eviction?+
We take it in any condition. Eviction and abandonment cleanouts are routine for us: furniture, appliances, trash, and full pile ups in basements and garages. Note that we are not a biohazard remediation or cleaning company, so if a unit needs specialized remediation we will tell you up front.
Do I get one bill for all my properties?+
Yes. Every haul out across every unit and address you manage is consolidated into a single monthly statement, with net terms available for approved accounts, so you are not reconciling separate invoices for each job.
Do I have to be on site to let your crew in?+
No. We keep your access instructions on file for your account, whether that is a lockbox, a super, or a building contact. You send the address and we coordinate entry without you having to be there.
What happens to everything you remove?+
We take a donation first approach and divert usable items away from the landfill whenever possible, then dispose of the rest responsibly. We can document disposal for your records.
