My couch is stained. Will you still take it?

Yes. Unlike donation centers, we take couches in any condition, stained, worn, torn, or otherwise. No questions asked.

Do charities take old couches?

Most won't. Goodwill, Salvation Army, and most donation centers require couches to be clean, stain free, and in good condition. If yours has wear or damage, professional removal is usually the only realistic option.

Do I need to move the couch to the curb myself?

Standard pickup is from your driveway, open garage, or curbside. Can't get the couch out? Our crew comes inside and carries it out at no extra charge.

Can you take my sectional sofa?

Yes. Book it as a couch in our online tool and add a note in the booking form, our team will confirm the exact total before your pickup day.

How quickly can you pick it up?

Same day and next day pickups are available based on availability. Book online and get a text confirmation within 2 minutes.

You measured the doorway twice, took the legs off, and got the sectional halfway up the basement stairs in a Sagamore Road Tudor before you admitted it was not going to turn the corner. That is usually the phone call. Couch and sofa removal in Bronxville starts at $235, and a sleeper sofa with the steel frame inside counts the same as a loveseat. Bronxville's bulk pickup rules leave a lot of upholstery sitting where it should not be, and in the prewar buildings near Pondfield Road there is nowhere to stage a nine foot sectional anyway. It is the same price either way: leave it at the curb or the crew comes in and gets it. For curbside, put the couch at the curb, the end of the driveway, or in an open garage by 9 AM, and the crew comes through between 9 AM and 6 PM. You do not need to be home. If it is still in the den, the crew comes inside and carries it out at no extra charge. If anything has to come up or down stairs, there is one $50 stairs fee for the whole job. Bronxville couch removal questions

how much does couch removal cost in Bronxville+

A couch or sofa starts at $235, which includes the curbside pickup and the disposal. Sectionals count as one piece if they came as one sofa. Tax is 9 percent and it shows on screen before you confirm, so Alliance Curbside quotes the same number you pay. Add a second item and 10 percent comes off automatically. The $180 minimum applies to smaller jobs.

will you take a sectional that does not fit through the door+

Yes. If it went in, it can come out, and if it will not come out in one piece we take it apart. Curbside is the standard: set the sections at the end of the driveway by 9 AM and the crew handles the rest between 9 AM and 6 PM. If the sectional is still upstairs, the Alliance Curbside crew comes inside at no extra charge and carries it out; since it has to come down stairs, there is one $50 stairs fee for the whole job.

can you take my couch if I am not home+

Yes, and most Bronxville pickups happen exactly that way. Leave the couch at the curb, the end of the driveway, or inside an open garage by 9 AM. The Alliance Curbside crew comes through between 9 AM and 6 PM and takes it. You are charged the amount you already approved online, tax included at 9 percent, so there is no signature, no waiting, and no call from the driver asking for more.

do you take couches with pet damage or bad stains+

Condition does not change the price. Torn arms, cat scratched sides, a cushion that absorbed a dog for nine years, water damage from a basement that took on rain: all of it goes on the truck at the same $235 a sofa costs in any condition. Alliance Curbside prices by the piece, not by condition, so you do not need to clean it, cover it, or explain it.

how do I get rid of a sleeper sofa in a Bronxville apartment building+

Check with your building first on elevator hours, then book a window that fits. If you can get the sofa to the sidewalk or the loading area by 9 AM, the $235 curbside price covers it. If you cannot, the crew comes up and carries it out at no extra charge, so the price is the same either way: leave it at the curb or the crew comes in and gets it.
