Basement Cleanout
Basement Cleanout in Larchmont, NY
Alliance Curbside empties Larchmont basements, from a decade of boxes to a finished room that took on water.
From $180 · Same day available · Call or text 24/7
Wet cardboard is not recyclable. That one fact decides how a basement comes out: soaked boxes and mildewed paper go one way, the metal shelving and the dead dehumidifier go out as scrap, and whatever stayed dry gets pulled for reuse. Larchmont houses are old enough that the basements are genuinely full: a Victorian off Prospect with eighty years of previous owners' leftovers, or a finished basement near Larchmont Gardens that flooded and now has swollen particleboard along all four walls. The stairs are narrow and the turn at the bottom is worse. Full cleanouts start at $899, and single items start at the $180 minimum. You do not sort, bag or carry anything up those stairs. The crew comes inside and carries it all out at no extra charge, no matter how many trips it takes. Because it comes up stairs, there is one $50 stairs fee for the whole job. No in home estimate, and the number you confirm online, tax included, is the number you pay. Book at /book or call (914) 800-7143.
Bulky trash in Larchmont, by the book
In Larchmont, curbside bulky waste is collected once a week with your second weekly trash pickup, but there is a strict limit of three pieces per collection and the pile cannot cover an area larger than 8 feet long by 4 feet wide. Mattresses and box springs must be wrapped in plastic, and major appliances or metal items require a separate scheduled pickup by calling the Highway Department by 2pm Tuesday.
Skip the rules, the wrapping, and the wait. We pick up most items same day, curbside or from inside, and handle the disposal for you. .
